In consideration for participating in this event, I represent to its organizers that my yacht has liability insurance currently in effect, covering property damage, personal injury and death in an amount not less than $300,000 per occurrence, and that the policy covers yacht racing activities; I acknowledge that the decision to enter my yacht and participate in this race is solely my own; and I agree to be bound by the International Yacht Racing Rules as adopted by US Sailing, including national prescriptions, except as modified by the organizers, and the race notice for this event.

I hereby accept full responsibility for the safety and conduct of each member of my crew and guests for the WINSA sailing events. I understand that I have the sole responsibility for the safety of my crew and yacht. In consideration of your accepting my entry for the WINSA sailing events indicated, I do for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby waive and release any and all claims I may have against the Whidbey Island Naval Sailing Association, its Race Committee, Officers, Directors, Committee Persons, Members, and volunteers. I further agree to the conditions for these events as specified in the 2008 WINSA sailing instructions, and any supplemental instructions for the event.
